Examination Certificates Collection
We currently hold certificates for leavers for years 2020-2022. Certificates are available for collection Monday–Friday between 9.30am – 2.30pm. Please email, the exams officer advising the day and time if you wish to collect them. If you are unable to collect your certificates, a nominated person can collect them on your behalf, please provide the exams officer with the details of your nominated person. If your nominated person is not known to the school (i.e. they are not a current student), they must be able to provide photo ID.
Certificates for leavers from 2020 will only be available until July 2024, after this time, they will be securely destroyed as per JCQ regulations. Please note, the school do not post certificates home.
Any ex-students who completed A Levels or GCSEs at North Birmingham Academy in the Summer of 2023, exam certificatesmay also be collected from reception Monday-Friday between 9:30am and 2:30pm, but please email the exams officer in advance the day and time you wish to collect your cerficate.
