ParentPay
NBA has an online payment scheme allowing the Academy to be a ‘cashless’ site, therefore payments for trips and extracurricular activities can only be paid through ParentPay. The online payment system gives parents a more convenient and flexible way to pay, in the knowledge the website has the highest internet security available.
The catering element can be paid for through ParentPay and a re-valuation machine in the dining room.
Making a payment is very straightforward and ParentPay holds the facility to show a payment history, which can be viewed at any later date; without any card details being stored in any part of the system. Once the account has been activated, online payments can be made immediately.
All parents and carers have a unique and secure online account, which is activated using a personal username and password. If more than one of your children is on roll at The Academy, accounts can be merged to create one login for all children. Parents should have received their log in details for ParentPay, however if you have not received them or you have lost these details please call 0121 373 1647.
